The Sachem Central School District will be offering the “Sachem Parent Wellness Program” starting on Monday, March 18.
The classes will take place in the new fitness rooms at Sachem High School East and Sachem High School North. Classes are first come, first serve.
Availability of equipment is based on amount of participants. The times/days at each school are East: Mon/Wed 7-9 p.m. and North: Tue/Th 7-9 p.m.
There will only be lap swimming in the pool. Pools will be staffed from 7:30-9:00.
Classes are for parents only, no babysitting will be available.
