Sachem alum Keith Kinkaid is adding to his NHL jersey collection. The veteran goalie was dealt from the Boston Bruins to Colorado Avalanche earlier this week.
Kinkaid, who spent most of this season playing for Boston’s AHL affiliate, was traded for forward Shane Bowers.
He made his NHL debut in 2012 and spent six seasons with the New Jersey Devils. The 2017-18 season was his best after recording 26 wins.
He played for Montreal and the Rangers before signing with Boston this season. In his only NHL appearance with the Bruins, he was victorious.
Overall, Kinkaid is 70-58 in parts of 10 NHL seasons.
