Sachem alum Jason Karpf, who graduated in 2001, has authored a new book, “Say What? Stories and Tales Twiddled From Phrases and Principles.”
From the Amazon page …
The stories within twist and turn the phrases and principles that inspire them into fun, absurd, and slice of life glimpses into the characters that live within the pages. Whether it’s a comedian adverse to comedy, a heavy metal grandma, or a town in Texas like no other, each story is different, but all have a habit to zig when expected to zag.
A quick and easy read. Great for train rides to a new or familiar place, a rainy day, the young reader in you, the young reader in your life, or simply an afternoon at home when there is too much to do, but tickling your brain is at the top of the list.
*A portion of all sales will go towards reading clubs at the Sachem Public Library offered year-round for children, and in the summer and winter months for adults and teens. The reading clubs encourage reading and the building of literacy skills for all ages.
