Two Sachem baseball players were recognized as the annual Tim Crowley Memorial Scholarship winners this past weekend.
Sachem East’s Nick Tedesco, and Sachem North’s Nick Morena were honored prior to the varsity game at the Crowley Tournament at Medford Sports Complex on Sunday night.
Tedesco will play Division I baseball at Hofstra University, while Morena will play Division I at Stony Brook University.
Both players were selected by the Crowley family for being strong student-athletes with a passion for baseball, Sachem, leadership and sportsmanship.
