To commemorate the 11th Anniversary of September 11th, Sachem High School East is hosting a 5K Run to Remember on our home cross-country course, where all proceeds will be used to fund a permanent Memorial in honor of those lost in the Sachem Community.
The run will take place at Sachem High School East on Saturday, Sept. 8.
Schedule
- 7:00-8:15 a.m.: Pre-registration number pick-up, day of race registration
- 8:30 a.m.: Opening Ceremony
- 8:45 a.m.: Fun Run
- 9:00 a.m.: 5K Start (east end of practice football field, behind track)
- 10:30 a.m.: Awards Ceremony

Fee
- 5K Run: $20 if postmarked by August 31st. $25 day of race
- Fun Run (age 12 and under) : $5 dollars day of race only
- Awards to top three finishers in each of the following age divisons: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
