Congrats to Sachem alum Fran Manzella, who plays field hockey at Adelphi, on being named Northeast10 Player of the Week recently!
Manzella, who started all 21 games as a sophomore and all 10 this season as a junior, was a two-time All-County selection at Sachem East.
