Keith Kinkaid is headed back to New Jersey. The Sachem alum and professional hockey goaltender signed a one-year, two-way contract with his former club, allowing him to play in the NHL and AHL.
He signed as a free agent with New Jersey in 2011 out of Union College and was with the organization for nine seasons. He had a career year in 2017-18, winning 26 games and making it to the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Kinkaid had stints in Montreal, Boston, Colorado, and with the Rangers. He has 70 pro wins in 169 contests.
