Hailey Rhatigan Scores Three in National Championship Win for Northwestern Lacrosse

The storybook ending is complete. Sachem alum Hailey Rhatigan wrapped up her collegiate lacrosse career by helping Northwestern capture an NCAA Division I Championship.

The top-seeded Wildcats beat No. 2 Boston College, 18-6, Sunday in North Carolina. Rhatigan scored three goals on five shots.

She finished second on the team with 62 goals and graduates as the active leading career goal-scorer in the NCAA.

The Wildcats finished the season 21-1.
