Sachem alum and career pilot Chris Baur has lived an interesting life in the air.
He was the subject of a recent profile in Rotor magazine. The story is about a historic mission in 1994 that would test his limits some 850 miles from land.
Baur has flown for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force Air National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard and also served as an investigator for U.S. Customs.
