The term G.O.A.T. is thrown around too often lately. But when it comes to bowling in Sachem there really is one: Amanda Naujokas.
A freshman at Vanderbilt University, she was recently profiled in a “fun facts” column by the school. You can learn some unique notes about her – she can juggle, and hopes to be a well-rounded teacher – and she also offered advice and spoke about the pandemic.
“You can only control yourself and what you do,” when asked about advice she’d lend to others. “The rest is out of your control.”
On what the coronavirus experience has taught her: “Don’t take the daily life norms for granted and how important it is to check in on people daily.”
Vanderbilt kicks off the season on November 6 at the Louisiana Tech Invite.
