The Sagamore Spirit Club was recently joined by Brookhaven Councilman Kevin LaValle and Sam Bifulco.
Councilman LaValle and Mr. Bifulco helped Sagamore students plant in the school’s front gardens with flowers donated by the Town of Brookhaven.
Students enjoyed the opportunity to spruce up the front of the school.
In addition, they had the opportunity to help the Councilman promote the upcoming Kids4Vets event that will be held on June 4 at Sachem North starting at Noon.
The Spirit Club showed true enthusiasm and spirit in wanting to say thank you to our Veterans. The club truly enjoys helping the school and community.
