Sachem North alum Doug Smith has been honored with the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce Heart & Soul Award.
Smith, the Chief of Staff for New York State Assemblyman Al Graf, graduated from Sachem North in 2008.
The award is presented to people who believe in and support the community.
