Sachem East beat Huntington, 64-58, in the first round of the Suffolk County Class AA playoffs Thursday afternoon at home.
No. 15 Sachem (8-10 overall) will play at No. 2 Northport on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The winner of the second round game will play either No. 7 Sachem North or No. 10 Copiague on Tuesday, February 16.
Huntington was ranked No. 18 in the tournament.
