The Sachem North Envirothon Team earned third place at the Long Island Regional Envirothon during the school year.
The students dedicated a tremendous amount of time preparing for this academic competition, including a 10 minute oral presentation.
They were one of 30 different teams competing.
The team members from the winning team, in order from the attached pictures, are Catherine Janda, Isabel Martins, Travis Porterfield, Erin Maryzek, and Carissa Stump.
