Marc Richer, a senior at Sachem North High School, recently earned his Eagle Rank.
Richer built an information Kiosk at the entrance of Walter S. Commerdinger, Jr. County Park on the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Audubon Street in Nesconset.
He raised all the funding for the project and with his leadership he received help from Boy Scout Troop 566, friends and professionals to get the job completed.
Richer is also in the honor society, captain on the varsity track and field team at Sachem North and will be attending the University of Rhode Island in the fall for Mechanical Engineering.
