Sachem East alum Brittany Christiansen continues to impress at Slippery Rock University.
On Friday, she set the new Slippery Rock school hammer throw record with a toss of 51.07m (167’6″).
Last year her previous outdoor best was 49.77m.
She’s only a junior, and the outdoor season is still young. Expect even better numbers as she progresses.
