Sachem East had a handful of athletes place high at the League Championship meeting at Suffolk West:
- Trevor Guerrera: 600 Meter Champion and anchor of the 4 x 400 League Championship Team and anchor of the 4 x 880 4th place relay team
- Joe Battaglia: 2nd iin the 1000 Meter run. also a member of the 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 relay teams
- Utsav Deshpande: 3rd in the 6600 Meter Run and part of the 4 x 400 team
- Drew Alfano: 2nd in the Long Jump and 5th in the High Jump
- Tyler Stensland: 5th in the 55 Meter Dash, 3rd in the High Jump and part of the 4 x 400 Relay
