And the beat goes on. Sachem East continues its dominant stretch and has reached the Suffolk County Class A finals with a 2-0 semifinal win over Bay Shore on Thursday afternoon.
The Arrows are now a perfect 17-0 heading into the county final on Saturday against No. 2 Smithtown East at Dowling Sports Complex at 6 p.m.

Desteny Holder now has 14 shutouts this season. She only had to make one save in the semis.
Sachem East has not lost a game since Oct. 24, 2011, a stretch of 737 days. That’s a mark of 60-1 over the last two years.
