Sachem found its way on the track during the Daytona 500 on Sunday.
Sachem East alum Chris Seigneuray (’06) had a pre-race pass to go on the track and infield in Florida before one of the biggest sporting events in America.
“People were writing with a sharpie on the yellow line,” he said. “I wrote my name with my dad and took a picture of it.”
Then Seigneuray saw another gentleman drawing a New England Patriots logo. Too ashamed to draw a Jets logo, he said, he turned to the greatest symbol known to man: The Sachem Flaming Arrow.
“The Sachem logo was about 10 yards from the finish line at the Daytona 500 during the race,” he said.
Like I always say, Sachem is everywhere. #GoArrows
