The Sachem girls basketball Program Day and breast cancer fundraiser scheduled to be held at Sachem East this weekend has officially been cancelled, according to Sachem Superintendent James Nolan.
The event was originally scheduled for Saturday and was pushed back to Sunday, but due to the condition of the roads following the winter storm that hit the northeast, Sachem has ruled to cancel Sunday’s plans as well.
The school district will keep you informed if there is a make up day or rescheduling of the event.
