UPDATE: The entire Sachem Central School District will be let out one hour early due to sporadic power outages in many buildings from the pending storm.
All issues related to the power outages are being addressed.
All after-school activities in Sachem have been cancelled for Wednesday, Nov. 7, as per district officials. PM UPK, child care, night school, and Wednesday’s regularly scheduled school board meeting are all cancelled.
Section XI playoff games originally scheduled for Wednesday – soccer specifically – have been postponed again and will be rescheduled.
