Sachem girls cross-country: Sachem East 25, Sachem North 30: Sachem North’s Kelly Lavan had the best time today at the East 5k course with 21:01 on the scoresheet. Sachem East’s top finisher was Jayda Allen (21:12). Also for Sachem North, senior Kasee Hofler had a career-best 5K on East’s tough course. Frosh Julia Reilly ran an impressive 26:19 in her first 5K of the season. Jess Schneck led the Frosh squad with her strong 11:24 on the 1.5 mile Loop.
